Welcome to LUNA Experience, LLC (“LUNA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) govern your use of our website, programs, courses, coaching sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

Eligibility & Participation

• LUNA works primarily with nonprofit organizations that meet our published participation criteria.
• You confirm that your organization is eligible and that you are authorized to enroll or register on its behalf.
• Participation requires adherence to program obligations, including attendance, completion of assignments, and compliance with community standards.

User Obligations

• At least one participant from your organization must actively participate in online sessions and workshops.
• Participants must complete required capstone or project assignments.
• If you fail to engage, withdraw without notice, or otherwise default on obligations, LUNA reserves the right to revoke your participation and/or invoice you for the full scholarship value, if applicable.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with other users, or use the platform for political or unrelated purposes.

Content Delivery & Access

• All courses and coaching are delivered online via LUNA’s platforms (including Circle.so and related systems).
• Materials may include videos, downloadable resources, templates, and curated third-party content.
• Your access is personal, non-transferable, and granted only for educational use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
• After program completion, you retain access to course materials and the LUNA Town Square community, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Payments for courses and coaching are processed securely via Stripe. LUNA does not store your full payment card details.
• Once a course has started, payments are non-refundable.
• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, but unused sessions are non-refundable.
• Scholarships are contingent on full participation; failure to complete obligations may result in invoicing.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, logos, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to LUNA.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify materials without prior written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or testimonials you provide may be used by LUNA for program improvement or marketing, unless you request otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you use our Services:

• Contact information: name, email, phone, organization.
• Form submissions: course registration, coaching scheduling, scholarship applications, contact forms.
• Payment information: processed via Stripe; LUNA does not store full card numbers.
• Program data: attendance records, course completion, scholarship status.
• Technical data: analytics data (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, cookies).
• Platform data: synced information (name, email, registered courses) across Bloomerang, Stripe, Circle.so, and other internal tools.

How We Use Your Information

• To process registrations, applications, and payments.
• To deliver courses, coaching, and community access.
• To communicate with you, including newsletters and promotional materials (with opt-out available).
• To improve our course offerings, user experience, and business operations.
• For compliance with applicable laws.

• Information may be shared internally with the LUNA team and across our platforms (Bloomerang, Stripe, Circle.so) solely for delivering the Services.

• LUNA is based in the United States, but our Services are accessible internationally. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

• By submitting forms, you consent to receive communications from us.
• You may unsubscribe from newsletters or promotional emails at any time via the provided link.
• Transactional and essential service communications cannot be opted out of.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• LUNA does not guarantee specific outcomes or organizational results from participation in our programs.
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and this Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
